All prices are in USD and payments are to be made through PayPal. You can choose to either pay the full fee upfront OR 50% upfront, 50% after I provide the sketch; I will only continue after I have received this.

Artworks are for non-commercial use unless stated otherwise; commercial rates are double the standard price.

I retain the full rights to the commission as the creator - this includes the right to share all commissioned work on my social platforms and portfolio.

Working time will usually be 1-3 weeks (head shot, bust shot, chibi) or 2-8 weeks (half body, full body), depending on complexity and my real life circumstances. I will notify you if an extension is required.

A rush order with a deadline within 7 days will cost an additional 50% of the total price.

I will send you a progress update while working on the drawing. Edits are allowed during the process, however major edits in the later stages may require an additional fee.

No refunds after the sketch is approved.

Commissioned artworks are not to be used for NFTs (non-fungible tokens), AI training, or anything relating to crypto currency. Additionally, you may not use a personal commission commercially and you may not claim it as your own work, trace, or reproduce.

I have the right to decline your commission for any reason; I will most likely only do this if I'm uncomfortable with the subject matter or if I think my skill level is too low.

By commissioning, you are agreeing to comply with my terms of service.
